Industrial air dryer systems usually includes the refrigerated & desiccant dryer and filters. This air compressor dryer is a special machine. Because it combines the air dryers and filters together. We usually call it combination compressed air dryer.

In the system, the desiccant air dryer is a blower purge dryer. It only use about 2% regeneration air for cold purge. So this air dryer is cost-efficient. In addition, the PDP level can ensure -40℃ (-40℉). And the refrigeration air dryer is open type. The purpose is to facilitate heat dissipation.

Extremely low PDP level

The pressure dew point of this industrial air dryer systems is -40 (-40℉). Why does it have a strong ability to remove water? There are 2 main reasons. On the one hand, the refrigeration dryer removes most of the moisture. It also reduces the operating load of the blower purge air dryer. On the other hand, the adsorption dryer uses 3~5mm activated alumina and 4A molecular sieve. The desiccant filling volume is more than 1700KG. Therefore, it can ensure that the air compressor dryer can reach -40℃.

Cost-effective

The desiccant dryer in the system only consumes 2% dry compressed air. This is much more cost-effective than many dryers. And the operating costs will be much lower.

A2: Because this is no dew point meter, it will not show the PDP. If you want this function, we can add a SUTO dew point meter.

Q3: How do I know when to replace the desiccant balls?

A3: In fact, our dryer is with the prompt function. It can remind you when to maintain the adsorbent.

Q4: Can I control this compressed air dryer remotely?

A4: Yes. There’s a Siemens PLC controller. So the remote control is available.
