Combination dryers are mature product of our factory. There are several benefits as follows.

Extremely low PDP level

The pressure dew point of this industrial air dryer systems is -40 (-40℉). Why does it have a strong ability to remove water? There are 2 main reasons. On the one hand, the refrigeration dryer removes most of the moisture. It also reduces the operating load of the blower purge air dryer. On the other hand, the adsorption dryer uses 3~5mm activated alumina and 4A molecular sieve. The desiccant filling volume is more than 1700KG. Therefore, it can ensure that the air compressor dryer can reach -40℃.

Cost-effective

The desiccant dryer in the system only consumes 2% dry compressed air. This is much more cost-effective than many dryers. And the operating costs will be much lower.
